How it All Started
In a Saturday job at Miss Selfridge, believe it or not! My working life started with making my way up the retail ladder, here I found my love of helping people. Helping team members and managers to grow and up-skill, ready to take on their next challenges. Managing big teams and huge budgets in prestigious locations.
I moved into teaching after going to university in my mid twenties. Loving being in the classroom and inspiring others. I began mentoring when I took on responsibility for student progress and teacher training, becoming qualified so I had the skills to support others.
And we come to today. Moxie was founded in 2019 after two years of helping business owners build websites, use Pinterest and improve SEO. I realised that my services were more and more using my mentoring and teaching skills, so I began working one to one, helping women to grow their businesses on their own terms, working with some incredible people, on some fantastic projects and ideas.

- Fun Fact 1: My first business was as a creative blacksmith, making floral gates
- Fun Fact 2: I feel at peace by the sea and want to live close to it as soon as possible.
- Fun fact 3: I'm from Yorkshire and am ridiculously proud of it.
- Fun Fact 4: I used to teach engineering to teenage lads, something that always suprised the parents!
